How do I track my order?

When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation receipt.  Once the order is ready to ship, you will be given a tracking number so that we both can track your shipment.


What are your delivery options?
We ship USPS, Fed X and UPS.
How do I return an item?

All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our full Return Policy carefully before placing an order. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

You will need to fill out the Return Form and include it with the shipment. The item must not be washed or worn, and tags must still be attached. Simply contact us through email ( or phone with your concerns so that we can help to resolve the issue.  Your satisfaction is very important to us.


What is our Privacy Policy?

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.


How can I contact your couriers?

When you place your order, the shipment will include a tracking number.  If you have concerns, you will be able to contact the shipper directly.


Do you provide International delivery?

We ship only in the United States at this time.


What is your return policy?

Baptism/Christening gowns cannot be returned.  Also, monogrammed or personalized items are not refundable or returnable.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority as we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us through email or phone for assistance. For an eligible return, the merchandise needs to be in its original, unused condition within 7 days of date received for a merchandise exchange or refund. Returns will NOT be accepted AFTER this point and shipping charges will not be refunded unless items are proven to be defective. All items are inspected for defects when they are packaged and before they are shipped to you.  However, to qualify for a defective return the item must be in a "new" resaleable condition and have all original tags still attached and the item must not have been washed or worn. 

Peekaboo Lane reserves the right to refuse customer returns/exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
